Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi has arrived in Geneva, Switzerland, to attend the 58th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (HRC58). The high-level meeting brings together international leaders, diplomats, and human rights advocates to discuss critical human rights issues affecting the world today.

Kenya remains steadfast in its commitment to upholding and promoting human rights, democratic governance, and sustainable development, in line with international human rights principles.

While in Geneva, Mudavadi is expected to deliver Kenya’s national statement, reaffirming the country’s dedication to advancing human rights, peace, and security. He will also participate in bilateral meetings with leaders from various nations to strengthen Kenya’s diplomatic relations and further the objectives of its foreign policy.

This engagement underscores Kenya’s active role in global human rights advocacy and its efforts to foster international cooperation on pressing global challenges.
